YES we will stop for bathroom breaks however please note the time taken during stops may alter itineraries and/or time allotted at specific destinations and/or attractions during your cruise

Reservation Deposits 

– 2 Hour Boat Cruise Reservation Deposit - $20.00*

- 4 Hour Boat Cruise Reservation Deposit - $50.00*

– 6 Hour Boat Cruise Reservation Deposit - $100.00*

**Note we do not charge the remaining balance to the same credit card used for deposit unless presented to Crew for final payment at the time of service.**

Cancellations & Refunds Policy

– Any cancellations made 2 weeks(14 days) prior to reservation will receive 100% reservation deposit refunded. 

- Any cancellations made between 13 days and 48 hours prior to reservation will receive a 50% reservation deposit refunded. 

-Any cancellation made within 48-hours of reservation will not receive any refund of their reservation deposit. 

**Please note refunds are not processed until the day/time of the reservation, in which is being refunded. We also ask to allow 2-5 business days to allow your bank to issue funds back into your account**

Weather Policy 

– Cruise Rusty reserves the right to cancel any reservation due to weather, in which we feel the conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for ANY cruise. In this situation, 100% of your reservation deposit will be refunded.  Any cancellations made by primary cruise guests, and not Cruise Rusty, due to inclement weather, will be judged on a case by case scenario.
